    Along with her 6 years in nonprofit administration, Ashley graduated from Roehampton University with a BA in Human Rights and from Boston College with a master’s degree in Macro Social Work. She brings her skills in donor and client relations, networking, policy creation, and program coordination to Miller’s.

    HUMAN RESOURCES, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Izabelly, also known as Izzy, is our first remote employee. She is located in Florida and visits the office once to twice a year. Izzy graduated from Middlesex College with a nursing degree. She practiced nursing for 8 years before transitioning into the Legal field. In her spare time, she is continuing her education in Paralegal Studies towards her master degree. She has been a great advocate for our employees as well as improving all Human Resource processes. She brings all her caring skills in order to assure that our staff feel appreciated and heard.

    WAREHOUSE MANAGER

    Elijah has 20 years of inventory management experience. He is responsible for managing the warehouse and making sure that our customers get the best service possible by supporting our install and service technicians. He calls Camas, WA home where he lives with his wife and two children.

    INSTALL MANAGER

    Michael has 4 years of experience in management. 3 years of install experience, 1 year of tech experience. He is a very outgoing and positive person who loves to explain the ins and out of the equipment being installed. Also enjoys completing a job to exceptional expectations, and seeing the look on the customer’s face when the job is complete and performing better than they imagined. Michaels' ultimate goal is to make customers so happy, they keep thinking about Miller’s for years to come with a positive experience to share.
