Miller's Heating Work Van

Spring is the perfect time to upgrade your HVA. Techs have more availability, deals are better, and your system can start saving energy before summer heat drives up your bills.

So, if you’re interested in seeing why an upgrade might be in your best interest this spring, come with us as we break down the benefits, incentives, and costs.

Spring is HVAC Upgrade Season: Here’s Why

Replacing your HVAC system in July, when it’s 91° and you’re sweating bullets, is a bit like heading to the grocery store on an empty stomach. You’re probably going to make rushed choices out of desperation.

In the spring, however, you have plenty of breathing room to do your research and find the system that works best for you.

  • Get It Done Before the Heat Hits: Spring gives you a weather window that’s ideal for upgrading your system before summer demand peaks. You can beat the rush, avoid long wait times, and have peace of mind knowing your system has all the cool air you’ll need once June rolls around.

  • Easier to Schedule: HVAC technicians have more availability this time of year, which means it’s easier to find convenient appointment slots. Nobody wants to be on a waiting list when it’s already 85 and climbing.

  • Start Saving Now: By upgrading in spring, you can start reaping the benefits of energy-efficient HVAC performance before your bills increase.

Inside the 2025 Lennox Spring Promotion

So, we know what you’re probably thinking,

“How much is this going to cost me?”

With the Lennox Spring Promo 2025 running from March 17 to June 13, we’re giving homeowners a solid window to lock in serious savings. You have until June 20 to install your new system and July 3 to submit claims, though we wouldn’t recommend waiting until the last second if you want to take advantage of savings now.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Up to $6,000 in rebates (includes both Lennox manufacturer rebates and utility rebates)

  • Flexible offers so you can choose between higher rebates or a combo of rebates and special HVAC financing options.

Whether you’re after the latest Ultimate Comfort System™ or you simply want a reliable, efficient unit to get you through this summer and many summers after, you can cut your costs significantly with this promo.

Which Lennox Offer Works Best for You?

It’s important to note that this isn’t a one-size-fits-all deal.

With Lennox, you get two options, depending on how you want to handle your HVAC upgrade.

Option 1: Higher Rebates OR Financing

  • Up to $2,000 in manufacturer rebates

  • Or, qualified buyers can opt for 12 months of no payments and no interest

This is great if you’d rather take the rebate cash up front or pay over time.

Option 2: Rebates + Financing

  • Up to $1,600 in rebates

  • PLUS 12-month no-interest, no-payment financing

If you want the best of both worlds, this one’s for you. You still get cash back and the flexibility to spread out your payments.

So, let’s say your new Lennox system comes in around $15,000.

With the Service Finance Plan, your monthly payment would be about $189/month with an APR of 8.99% over 120 months after the first year of no payments or interest.

Huge Savings from Local Utility Rebates

Beyond Lennox, there are other HVAC rebates in 2025 to consider as well. Homeowners here in the Pacific Northwest can also benefit from Clark PUD HVAC rebates and Energy Trust of Oregon rebates.

Clark PUD Rebates:

  • Up to $1,200 for upgrading to a variable-speed heat pump

  • $800 for installing a ductless heat pump in homes using electric heat

  • $140 smart thermostat rebate for eligible models like Ecobee and Nest

Energy Trust of Oregon:

  • Up to $4,000 in rebates for ducted heat pump systems

  • Up to $3,500 for ductless heat pumps

  • $1,600 rebate for high-efficiency gas furnaces

  • Even a $250 rebate for a central air conditioner upgrade

Long-Term Benefits of Upgrading Your HVAC

While there’s no doubt that rebates and financing are great, you might be interested in more than upfront savings. The good news is that you get lasting value with an HVAC system upgrade.

Lower Monthly Bills

With an energy-efficient HVAC system, you can save tons of money over the course of each year on heating and cooling costs. According to ENERGY STAR, highly efficient units can easily save you up to 20% on these costs annually.

Better Air and a More Comfortable Home

New systems have better airflow, filtration, and humidity control. If you or someone in your family gets bad allergies every time you turn your old system on, it could be worth looking into an upgraded system.

Greater Home Value

New HVAC systems typically add around $2,500 to $3,000 in value (or between 5-7% of the overall home’s value) to a home. Plus, newer systems come with warranties, which is a big plus for weary home buyers.

Don’t Miss Out—Promo Ends Soon

This isn’t one of those “we’re always running a sale” kind of deals.

The Lennox Spring HVAC promotion is a limited-time offer.

  • Last day to buy: June 13, 2025

  • Install by: June 20, 2025

  • Claim your rebate by: July 3, 2025

If you’ve been putting off your system upgrade for too long, this spring is the right time to lock it in.

With manufacturer and utility rebates, 0% financing, and lower energy bills, there are plenty of incentives to get started.

When you’re ready, get in touch with us to schedule your free consultation. During our consultation, you can ask any important questions you may have to determine which rebates and offers apply to your home.
