Furnace Tune Up, Heat Pump Tune Up and HVAC Service for Vancouver & Portland

Annual furnace tune ups are the most effective way to reduce breakdowns and HVAC service repairs. It is proven that dirt is the number one cause of breakdowns and repairs. Once dirt and dust get inside the components of your furnace, breakdowns often occur. These breakdowns can result in hundreds of dollars in unnecessary spending.

With an annual furnace tune up you can keep more money in your pocket and keep your heating and cooling system running healthy all year long. Just like your car needs an oil change, your heating and cooling system needs a tune up. Our World Class Club is a simple affordable solution to annual maintenance.

Our World Class Club includes a 15% discount on repairs and filters as well as special discounts on upgrades you do to your current heating, cooling or indoor air quality systems. It also includes reduced service fees and most importantly one annual tune up on your HVAC system.

Maintenance and Safety Inspection

Included in your tune-up is a safety inspection. During the safety inspection the technician will check for any conditions in your system that have the potential to harm or be fatal to you and your household. If there is a crack in the heat exchanger this may cause carbon monoxide emission in your home. For heat exchanger cracks and other possibly harmful or fatal safety hazards found during the safety inspection the technician may have to shut off your system until the issue repaired or replaced. Maintenance and tune-up prices are quoted per unit.
